Most of the function commands in the user manual do not coincide with the menu display commands, which themselves, are not very intuitive. For me that's translating into a very steep and bumpy learining curve. I've owned my Reflex for 2 weeks and most operations I perform on it are still hit or miss. I think I've seen just about every error message she's got in her. So, if you want to dupe 1st class by the seat of your pants, go for it. Finally, if you're expecting it to ignore DRM code you'll be disapponted. If it's protected, you're rejected. Sorry. The law is the law. As frustrating as it's been so far for me to operate the Reflex, I'll probably keep it, hoping to one day receive the up-to-date user manual to which I am entitled.
