Carry out the self-cleaning instructions in the instruction manual two or three times. If that hasn't resolved the problem, it may be that your iron needs repair. Please contact the service centre. There is nothing wrong with it. If it still does not work, do not try to dismantle or repair the appliance yourself and take it to an approved repair centre. To avoid any danger, have it replaced by an approved repair centre. To turn the iron back on, gently shake it until the light goes out.
