cuisinart dlc-10 manualI have this identical unit, purchased new in 1984. Unfortunately the parts that arrived are not exactly in the condition they were advertised. The base, with the motor, has cracks at the top (that was not mentioned). The work bowl and other plastic parts are full of cracks, and one of the pieces has a chunk missing from the top edge. Once assembled, the unit will not operate unless you apply significant downward pressure on the work bowl and plunger. I should have kept my money and put it towards a new food processor. This replaces an original first generation Cuisinart whose damaged lexan bowl is no longer available. Amazing motors last forever! Nice and sharp. No rivets. The word Lot. There are 7 disc, of the 7 only 3 types, 1 ea of one type and 3 ea of other type. Other parts are good. Shipping was high though. It should last me another ten years. A great machine.
