The game was supposed to be released on the 15th of February, but on January 18, 2011, it was pushed to March 22.High Voltage Software is changing the way levels flow, making them less predictable and straightforward. The environments are larger and will offer more tactical freedom and give players a chance to explore. There are branching levels that will offer multiple paths for the player to take, and each path will offer different gameplay experiences. The ability to sprint has been added. There is now a bigger emphasis on cover. The enemies, as well as the player, can flip and knock over things like tables and filing cabinets for makeshift cover. If there is no cover, enemies have been seen to twist their body to avoid fire from the player. The enemies possess different weapons, unlike in The Conduit, where an enemy type only had one weapon. The enemy AI behavior also changes depending on which weapon they have.They will be able to choose from different suit loadouts, similar to a class, each with their own attributes. Currency can be gained to unlock suit upgrades, armor, and more that hasn't been revealed. The suit loadouts can change gameplay style and must be chosen tactically, for example, one might make you move slow, but it will have a lot of defense. From the loadout you will be able to choose the weapons and suit upgrades, which act as perks. Suit upgrades add abilities to the character.In the beginning of a level, a player can choose his loadout weapons and customize his appearance with different helmets and color schemes.In the original game, they backstory was revealed through hidden messages and revealed that Prometheus and Adams were an alien race called the Annunaki and were present through many alien events in real history. In mythology they ruled over the humans until one of their own caused a rebellion that the Ducaz settled, this eventually led to the destruction of Atlantis, a key plot point in the game.Now that Adams plans to take over the whole world, Ford plans on asking these other aliens for help.Some of these places include Washington, D.C., Siberia, Agartha, and the Lost City of Z.Boss battles can be replayed separately from the main level.A mysterious creature appears and swims up to the surface where an unknown oil platform can be seen, located near Atlantis' location. On that platform a bright light from a conduit flashes, signaling Ford's arrival to the platform. An unknown character narrates through the intro sequence, hinting the events that would unfold at the end of the game. As he stands up, one of the workers tries to shoot him with what appears to be a USP45 pistol, but Michael disarms and takes him down. Another worker throws a wrench at him, but Ford catches it, and throws it back, which hits the worker, and knocks him over the edge of the derrick. Ford then picks up the pistol that the first worker had. All the people there are hostile to Ford and try to kill him. As Ford makes his way through the derrick, he encounters a Leviathan, a giant sea serpent. After the boss fight with the Leviathan, Ford ends up going down with the creature deep into the ocean to the lost city of Atlantis, which serves as a hub area where the player is given new missions to take on. They both discover that the doors leading to the main chamber of the ship are locked, so they take a small detour to find the console that unlocks the door. When Ford manages to get into the chamber, he acquires the Destroyer Armor, which is far more advanced than the Trust Armor. Shortly after Ford reaches to Atlantis' main hub, where he awakens the dormant Andromeda, whom upon awakening tries to find Prometheus.http://anazer.com/userfiles/doona-manual.xml Prometheus asks Ford to not reveal his pressense to Andromeda yet, so he pretends to not know him. After explaining the situation to her, she resumes her task of providing help to the wearer of the armor. With a coordinate retrieved by Prometheus, Andromeda sends Ford back into Washington D.C. so he can find Adams.They also learn that some Drudge no longer are on the same side as the Trust, finding them figthing eachother several times, furthermore, he and Promethus encounter a friendly Drudge named Thex, that reveals that somehow Michael set them free and some of them dont work for the Trust anymore. After exploring more, Ford manages to enter into a hidden chamber in the National Institute, discovering the locations of other Progenitors. Prometheus realises that Adams is intenting to kill them to become more powerful.Andromeda is starting to realise that Ford does know Prometheus and suspects that the two are working together. While they are exploring Atlantis depths, Prometheus revelas that Andromeda used to fight alongside him, but is angry at Prometheus because she thinks he betrayed her. After reactivating the conduit on Atantis, Ford travels to China.He also reveals latter in the mission that Adams used his own dna to create the Drudge but failed and only one creation survived, which was the reason why he decided to use Prometheus as the blueprint for all Drudge. After battling both the Trust soldiers, plus Li's defense systems, Ford gets into Li's inner chamber. Soon after reaching there, Li reveals himself, explaining how the previous Destroyer tried to kill him, and because of Ford wearing the same armor, believes that he has come to do the same thing. After a fierce battle, Li dies and Prometheus prompts Michael to absorb him with the ASE. Michael is not happy to do that as he believes it is the same thing Adams was trying to do, but Promethues convinces him that is for good.Prometheus reveals himself which earns Adnromeda's anger. She refuses to hear Prometheus' excuses, so he sends them to go to Siberia to warn Katarina.In exchange, they leave Ford at the entrance of Katarina's fortress, which is now overrun by the Trust, and discovers that the Progenitor is being held captive. Katarina manages to contact Michael Ford telephaticaly asking him to help her. When they reach her, they find Katarina to be too wounded to survive, so she decides to give them her power so Adams cannot take it. Ford re-encounters with the Free Drudge and escape the complex, but they engage in an air battle against a Trust ship. After destroying the Trust forces, Andromeda sends them the coordinates of the last Progenitor in the world that has yet to be captured.When he finds the last Progenitor, Prometheus explains to him that the powers he has collected as well as that of Prometheus himself will do nothing unless they are transfered to Ford. Ford, knowing that this would prove to be fatal for Prometheus, refuses to accept the power, but Prometheus tells him that there is no other way. Ford endures the process that infuses him with the energy and ask Promethus what has he done, at which he responses that it was what it had to be done, being these Prometheus' last words.A grenade appears and the blast knocks both Ford and Andromeda to the ground, incapable to defense themselves. Adams appears and finally acquires the ASE, but finds it to be empty, and ask Ford to tell him where Prometheus went, and senses that Ford has been absorbing Progenitor energy. Ford manages to release from Adams grip and a battle between the two ensures.Before the battle wrecks all of Atlantis, Andromeda activates a conduit leading to the center of the Earth, Agartha, which Ford uses to send him and Adams there to have a final showdown. The credits of the game then roll.She also states that Atlantis' sensors have picked a massive energy signature getting closer to them, and fears that the worst is yet to come.The new HUD in multiplayer looks similar to Halo 3's HUD. It will also support the Headbanger headset for voice chat, which was released in late October. It will not include Wii speak support due to a joint decision made by Nintendo and High Voltage Software.Instead, players will use the weapons from their custom loadouts by purchasing weapons from an in-game store using points they earn while playing. When you start a map you have four custom classes to pick from and there will be a map rotation where players will pick from 2 maps to prevent everyone from voting for the same maps over and over again. The weapons will also be upgradable, and will have secondary fire.The enemies drop coins, which can be used in the in-game store, if you are killed you will lose some of your coins, and teammates can grab them. Now that the invasion is in full effect, players must travel to locations around the world, doing battle in England, Russia, China, and even the fabled Atlantis, as well as in Washington, D.C. As with the first game, multiplayer is a focus. The game also specifically supports PDP's Headbanger earpiece headset, for hands-free online chat.It boasts crazy alien weapons and powers and the more traditional shotguns and pistols if you are looking for shooting games on the Wii this the original conduit and red steel 2 are your only picks. The graphics have improved immensely and some new weapons have made their debut. The Wii control is a little ungainly in certain parts of the game, meaning the cursor suddenly goes up and down or off screen. This isn't an issue with my controls or my console, it is in fact an issue in the game, a glitch. The game length seemed to be shorter than before, but the most annoying part was the new voice for Mr. Ford. He sounds like an illiterate dork to say the least. I had read all of the reviews from Amazon, IGN, Nintendo, and other game review sites, before I purchased the game. Based on the good reviews from highly credible sites, I decided to purchase the game (and I am glad I did). It is not the best FPS when stacked against other consoles FPS, but that is ok. Conduit 2 is a good blend of halo and COD, but far from directly relating to both. The single player mode is much advanced from The Conduit 1, and is actually quite interesting to play. In terms of the co-op multiplayer and split screen, it is addicting. Once you make some progress on the single player, the multiplayer gun selection is quite adequate. The levels are well laid out, although there are some glitches I have found. The good new is, High Voltage is able to patch those glitches: hopefully they do soon. Overall, the game is a great buy for the Wii. I really like the diversity the game allows a player to be with what controller they want to use, and the game allows a player to completely customize the button layout. Despite the ridiculous cost of this game (it's a little lower now that I paid way too much) it is not as good as the first one. Conduit 2 seems all over the place - there isn't a set direction and you can wonder around and around before finally finding what is supposed to be accomplished next. Yeah, I wish I could go back and save my 30 bucks for something better. Really awesome game. The controls are kind of hard at first when you haven't played the first one yet. But, when you played it for a long time you will get the hnag of it. The multilpayer are also great, it has great graphics and awesome weapons. This item doesn't belong on this page. The progenitors fill this role in Conduit 2, serving as a basis for the Annunaki deities and having since scattered themselves across the world, secretly controlling and influencing the governments and people of their respective areas. References are also made to Tiamat and the Deluge myth.Percy Fawcett.He realizes that though he destroyed the Trust's base in Washington, D.C., he did not destroy the Trust. The oil platform is in the Bermuda triangle and is being attacked by a massive leviathan. Before stranding Ford on the oil platform, Adams makes Ford the offer to join him, which Ford promptly refuses.Andromeda reveals to Ford that as he bears the Destroyer exoskeleton, he is the aptly titled Destroyer whose purpose is to destroy the Pathfinder, John Adams. Andromeda uses the ship's conduit to take Ford to a Cold War -era bunker in D.C. outside of the Smithsonian. Here he finds the Drudge fighting each other, with one group led by a drudge drone named Thex calling themselves the Free Drudge and one group serving the Trust.Using the co-ordinates gained at the Smithsonian, Ford arrives to China to warn a progenitor named Li. Li, however, refuses to listen to Ford and believes him an assassin, Michael is forced to kill Li, upon which Prometheus takes Li's energy into the ASE.The Free Drudge assist Ford into getting to Katarina, a female progenitor, who the Trust hold captive, waiting to give her to Adams. In order to ensure that Michael can defeat Adams, Katarina sacrifices her energy to the ASE. Andromeda radios to Ford coordinates taking him to the Lost City of Z in Central America, where Thex takes him in his dropship. There they find a female progenitor dead, Prometheus then takes her energy into the ASE as well before revealing his true plan, to donate the energy of all the progenitors into Michael so that he can kill Adams, though this means that Prometheus will have to die as well.Andromeda programs the ship to teleport to the center of the earth, Agartha, where Ford destroys Adam's human form. Michael manages to overcome and destroy Adam's alien form and absorbs the latter's energy into himself as well. The ASE, sensing that all the progenitors on Earth are destroyed sends a signal out to the Oort Cloud in which Tiamat, a dormant alien spacecraft of limitless knowledge rests. Although many direct-buried power cable systems are designed for 30- or 40-year lifetimes, they are susceptible to external influences like rock impingement and often require frequent repairs. Conduit is finding favor over direct burial in these applications due to improved protection, but it must be continuous and facilitate quick repair operations. PE conduit is used to carry both primary (substation to transformer) and secondary (transformer to end-user) cables. Some of these installations also contain fiber optic cables placed alongside the power cables to connect with load-monitoring sensors located throughout the network. Advantages of PE Conduit High Density Polyethylene (PE) is the most commonly used PE material for conduit. Installation Flexible PE conduit can be wound onto reels several thousand feet long, does not require manufactured bends, and can be easily navigated around unexpected obstructions (in the ground or within existing ducts), simplifying installation. The few joints that are required can be made reliably through a number of options. PE conduit is suitable for all methods of duct and cable installation, including trenching, direct plow and installation into existing main pathways (conduit pulling, sliplining and pipe bursting). Also, the flexible nature of PE conduit facilitates directional bore installations to breach obstacles like rivers or highways. Cable can consistently be pulled or blown into PE duct in great distances and at fast rates due to its low coefficient of friction. Special PE products and accessories are also available for above ground or aerial applications. The integrity of the cable is protected during the installation process by the PE duct. Testing prior to and after the duct has been extruded around cable is performed to ensure no performance loss. Material Selection The primary physical property advantages of PE conduit are flexibility, ductility and chemical resistance. Other physical attributes critical to the performance of PE conduit are tensile strength and stress crack resistance. However, the designing or specifying engineer should be aware that not all PE materials deliver the same level of performance in these areas, and it is critical to ensure that the material meets all the demands of the installation and service conditions. This section will briefly discuss these material considerations, but a more thorough discussion of PE technology is provided in the chapter on engineering properties of polyethylene in this Handbook. Physical Properties Cell Classification The Cell Classification (ASTM D 3350) is a 6-digit numeric “code” which describes an PE conduit material’s performance level in six key physical characteristics. This 6-digit classification often includes a single letter suffix representing a color or UV stabilizer category. This cell classification is used in specifications such as ASTM F2160 Standard Specification for Solid Wall High Density Polyethylene (PE) Conduit Based on Controlled Outside Diameter (OD). Each property is broken into 4-6 specific performance ranges. For example, higher densities favor increased tensile strength and stiffness, while lower densities generally favor impact resistance, and flexibility and stress crack resistance. Therefore, some degree of compromise may be necessary to balance properties required for a particular application. Generally, lower melt indices represent higher molecular weights while higher values indicate lower molecular weights. For any given PE resin, a lower melt index (higher molecular weight) will normally have superior physical properties. Flexural modulus should be taken into account when determining the appropriate wall thickness for an installation. Yield strength can limit the rates or lengths of such installations (see page 7 Design Considerations), and it is an important consideration in determining allowable pull loads. It is important to note that both flexural modulus and tensile strength are affected by temperature (both decrease with increasing temperature). For PE conduit applications, ESCR is utilized.
