The NS2 is a versatile pedal and in my opinion is an essential for creating a great tone. Depending on settings, the tone will least be affected with the threshold control at minimum and the decay control at maximum, by gradually controlling the opposite, will start to give a slight thump that feels great whilst playing on both clean and driven tones. It delivers clarity and feels like a very slight compressor which simultaneously reduce unwanted noise. The Boss NS2 is the next level noise gate that delivers a tight, warm, and responsive tone. Pros SEND and RETURN inputs. Very sturdy Boss quality pedal. Eliminates any unwanted noises and feedback. Delivers a tight, warm, and responsive tone. Cons Surely not plug and play need time to try different connections and pedal order for maximum results. In my opinion The Boss NS2 is great.Send report Total handling features sound quality Very good! Chrisz, 11.02.2015 It's very easy to use: there are only 3 knobs on it, threshold (determines the sound level the signal needs to fall below before the NS-2 silences it), decay (determinies the time before the effect kicks in - the further clockwise you turn it, the more natural it sounds, but it will be less efficient at cutting noise. You can pretty much leave this at minimum, unless it sounds un-natural to your ears) and mode. There are two modes: reduction, which means when the pedal is off, nothing is happening, and when the pedal is on, it cuts noise; and mute, which cuts noise when the pedal is off, and totally mutes your sound (e.g. for tuning) when the pedal is on. There's also a handy led to tell you when it is actually cutting noise. It has a send-return circuit for plugging your other pedals into. The NS-2 completely rids it of any noise that I don't want. When you start playing a note, it's instantaneously there. There's no annoying fade in that leaves the attack sounding like something fluffy and uncertain.http://www.tcco.com.tw/upload/editor/282206172939.xml When I don't play (even with the distortion on and turned up all the way) it's virtually silent. It has a mute option that allows you to simply cut all sound from the guitar instantly. So if you begin to get feedback, step on it and it will be gone. If you are deciding what noise removing thing to buy, this is it. Send report Total handling features sound quality WHAT NOISE??? RD2017, 09.08.2017 The NS-2 is a very useful addition to my pedal board, both in the studio and on the road. It cleans up my signal considerably, without any noticeable degradation of tone. I have a couple of noisy single coil pickup guitars and the improvement when using the NS-2 is dramatic. The pedal itself is typical of the Boss tradition, in that it's well built with a simple layout. The inclusion of a 9 volt in and out socket on the rear is very handy. It allows me to run an extra pedal from time to time without the need for another power supply. It has a couple of features that, to be honest, I just don?t use. There?s a loop feature that allows you to run noisy pedals through the gate circuit while allowing your guitar signal straight through unaffected. There?s also a ?mute? mode that allows you to cut the entire signal. (handy for some on stage situations). I just run it on my pedal board after my compression and overdrives and before my delay and reverb. It?s a simple setup that works well. I have absolutely no complaints. The controls are very straightforward. A minute or two playing around with the NS-2 and you?ll have the hang of it. I demoed several other units, but found that the Boss ticked all the boxes. By design, all Katana amps feature an instantly familiar interface that makes it easy to dial in and save great sounds on the fly. But there’s even more power under the hood, and it’s all accessible via the free BOSS Tone Studio editor. Read on as we check out all the cool things you can do with this powerful editor for the Katana amp series. Before installing them, carefully read the instructions provided with the downloads. To get a PDF instruction manual for using BOSS Tone Studio with the Katana amps, click on the Support tab at your amp’s product page. You can tweak amp tones, load and customize different effects, save and recall Tone Settings, and more. The software directly interacts with the amp, allowing you to intuitively create sounds as you play.www.dantizuma.com/files/files/canon-hdv-1080i-user-manual.pdf Any editor adjustments you make are immediately reflected in the amp, and vice versa. With fine control of each parameter from 0-100, you’re able to make microscopic tweaks and dial in sounds to perfection. With BOSS Tone Studio, you can audition and edit these effects, and then load them up in the Katana’s 15 available onboard storage locations. You might find this desirable when setting up the effects chain, which we’ll discuss coming up. As a general rule of thumb, you’ll want to use wahs, compressors, overdrives, distortions, and boosters in front of the amp, and reverb after the preamp. With mod and delay effects, it depends—you might want to use them in either location, depending on the sound you’re after. Three different chains are available, as shown in the following image: Each effect type has a full set of parameters to adjust, similar to what’s available in the GT-100, BOSS’s flagship multi-effects unit. This can be helpful to tame background noise with high-gain sounds. It can only be adjusted with BOSS Tone Studio; there are no controls available from the amp’s panel. Unlike a simple noise gate, the Katana’s noise suppressor intelligently follows the sound’s natural decay, so it won’t harm the character of your tone. Just click the WRITE button in the upper right corner of the Editor page, give the setting a name, and save it to the desired destination (CH1, CH2, CH3, or CH4). Basically, Live Sets provide a way to store and organize Tone Settings into groups for different gigs, songs, recording sessions, or whatever you want. When you want to load them into the Katana, just drag them to the desired locations in the left side of the screen. Simply click on the TONE CENTRAL button in the lower left corner to browse the many Katana Live Set collections created by top pro players. You’re able to audition audio demos of the sounds, and directly add them to your local Katana library.https://melissajacksonmd.com/wp-content/plugins/formcraft/file-upload/server/content/files/1626f56caeb681---bosch-wfl-1600-user-manual.pdf Here, you can adjust MIDI, USB, and device settings, download the latest Katana owner’s manual, and more.Clicking this opens a screen that allows you to jam along with WAV songs stored on your computer. For more information on how to load backing tracks check out our article here. As many users of multi-effects processors already know, there is no such thing as too many guitar tones. Boss Tone Central provides you with a free library of patches, tones and loops to cover all of your backing tracks and tonal needs. However, the dedicated website at www.bosstonecentral.com is a very useful resource in itself. Here you are able to browse all of the available content to see which patches you may wish to download. The website enables you to read descriptions and hear demonstrations of the patches performed by the artist themselves. It also allows you to listen to some of the patches available for other devices that perhaps you don’t own yet. The level of EQ adjustment allows the player Contributed by: Braegen Russell. Alfred Music. p. 92. Why You May Want to Put in a Wiring Diagram. There are lots of reasons why people need to add a wiring diagram into a home. If you own a house without a wiring diagram, you may have an empty home with all the features and rooms clearly tagged. Having a wiring diagram that shows the energy in your house will help save you time and money. Here are a couple reasons why you may have to put in a wiring diagram to your property. The first reason, you might have to add a wiring diagram would be to make certain you don't break your electrical system or even brief yourself on the electricity. The cause of this is if you think that you are going to work on one of your circuits without even reading the wiring diagram, then you may do it wrong. Though a diagram can help you and anyone that will willingly help you understand your home's electrical system, it does not mean you must do everything by it. Another reason you might need to add a wiring diagram to your home is to be certain you add lighting, appliances, or anything else to an area in your home that you don't understand how to light up. You will have to understand how to bring a light switch to a socket before you include lights or other things into a room. The same thing goes for electrical outlets. The next reason which you might have to put in a wiring diagram to your house is to make sure you understand how to find a service technician if you need to have your house checked out. You might be asking yourself in the event that you'll have to have your house assessed and if so, when. Well, when you haven't added a wiring diagram to your home and you will need support, you could be wondering in the event that you'll be able to get support in any way. Service is something that you may want on your life as well. Sometimes it is not as straightforward as getting a task done at a job site or at the local shop. Occasionally it can be time consuming and costly if you want your house checked out, repaired, or replaced. Since these solutions can be costly, you may have some difficulty affording them. You do not want to get left with a damaged home or appliance following an electrical storm has damaged it. If you do not find out how to add a light switch to an outlet, or exactly what the difference is between two different sockets, then you won't understand how to tell if you have a issue or need service. If you use a wall switch to control a light switch, a wiring diagram is what you need to know. You might not have even considered that the wall switches, but they can also pose a difficulty to your wiring system. Bear in mind, you do not want to waste time figuring out what is wrong with your property. If you realize that you have a problem with a light fixture, you might want to know how to add a light switch to a socket prior to making the service calls. You may be glad that you did if you wind up with the identical problem as someone else and you eliminate a great deal of money trying to figure out how to fix it. In the end, it's not a cost that you wish to pay, so don't await a problem to happen in order to understand how to bring a light switch into a socket. Through fishbone diagrams, how we can discover how this image comes into life and what is necessary to create it. Aspects of a fishbone diagram comprise the shape of the fish's body, the shape of the tail, a more thorough description of each bone, and also the number of each bone. Fishbone diagrams supply detail about the size of the fish and how it would appear. Fish can be presented in a variety of places for a more detailed representation. Many fishbone diagrams are made by using a computer application. But if you prefer to create your own fishbone diagram, you need to be able to understand how to create one with the support of computer applications. How do you look a fishbone diagram. There are a couple of factors that you need to consider before starting to draw fish. You need to decide how big of a fish that you want to draw, in which the drawing ought to be displayed, and the number of fish you need to exhibit. If you would like to display the fish onto a CD or DVD, you also need to take into consideration how large the fish has to be to be able to maintain in the case. Next, you should take a look at the form of the fish. The form of the fish must depend on what it represents. For example, the body and the fins of a dolphin represent how nature is beautiful. In the same way, if you apply the form of a shark to signify man, you are very likely to find that the drawing seems level. Therefore, you have to take into account the shape of the fish prior to starting to draw it. The shape of the tail should be taken into account as well. Finally, you should take a look at the shape of the bones and determine how much they are supposed to be.
