Abnerton 5.0 out of 5 stars The ME-70 gives you most of Boss's popular effects, plus quality amp modeling, and a wah pedal with decent sound quality. I am never ashamed to use this processor (just remember Tom Morello, used a Digitech multi effects processor for recording and live performances that was in a similar price range). The quality of this product will not disappoint you. However there are some cons, but I feel that the low price far outweighs them. This thing is difficult to level, but you'll work it out after a few practice sessions. Boss always leaves out the power adapter (my only real gripe with Boss). I have found an issue with my unit with the Harmonist function. Sometimes it sounds really weird if I switch over to using it from another effect. I haven't really researched this problem, so I may be doing something wrong on my end. If I turn the unit off and back on, it goes back to sounding normal. If you have a larger budget, there are better products out there, but if you are a hobbyist or semi-professional who doesn't already own a ton of effects you'll probably find everything you need here. Keep rockin'! - GBAnyways, I've played long enough and used a large number of multi-effects pedals, so I can tell a good pedal from a bad one. This one works great, it's very very easy to use, has a lot of effects, many distortion options, harmony effects, wah, whammy, built-in loop station (with no quantizer: booooh!), very cool reverb, delay, compression and other effects.http://modern-pro.ru/files/boss-me-50-manual-pdf.xml Has mono and stereo outputs for different uses. It's amasingly solid, pure metal, feels resistent. Low noise performance and a built-in noise gate. I'm telling you, if you're looking for a good and simple multi effects for all purposes (studio, home, playing live) this WILL DO THE JOB. I never liked the Boss sound. never. But sometimes you just have to stand down on your personal tastes and admit when something just works incredibly well. Congrats to Boss for this piece of equipment, very high quality. The distrosion is great some people say they arent but I really love them, its a matter of taste and creating your tones, some preset may not be good for you The downside it does not have the AC adapter but I knew this. The lights under certain light conditions are very bright, But this pedal is note heavy, well constructed and sturdy, I got the AC adapter so I dont have to be on the batteries all the time. This pedal has the whole package, effects, great tone, great distorsion and cleans.I received this as a birthday present from a friend. I've only had it for a couple of weeks, so haven't had the opportunity to explore everything that it will do. But, on side by side comparisons with some of my other pedals the ME-70 performs as well or better. While it won't replace all the pedals I have on my board, it will definitely lighten it up some. I'm not saying the stuff that I have is better, it's just what I'm comfortable playing with. As for construction, it is well constructed. Also, all knobs and switches feel good in your hand (and under your foot) when making adjustments. I hate getting a piece of equipment where everything feels cheap and about to break off in my hand, or where the knobs drag on the case when turned, that's not the case with this pedal. We use this for studio recording as he writes music for television and sends demos to the composer so he knows how the finished song is supposed to sound.http://eco-region31.ru/bosch-pho-15-82-planer-manual We aren't performing with this unit but the in-studio sound is great.I could never get the levels right. The Boss ME-70 is easy to use. It sounds great. 72 patches in all. My current band does not even play that many songs.I like the digital display aspect of this too, changing the dials gives you an exact figure for things like tempo of delay etc.It also acts as an amp simulator, with several types modelled. This feature is useful to record with simply by plugging in directly to a sound card, and bypassing the need for amps and mics. A usb feature would be the only thing i'd personally add, in case you want to move preset banks on to the computer for storage. Also there is a loop function, but with it activated you can't use any other delays.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again The only downside is that it doesn't come with a power supply 230v AC which is pathetic of Rolland Boss and also you have to buy a Boss F6 dual switching pedal and patch lead to operate the up and down banks on the machine remotely.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. So for the price I paid I'm not terribly satisfied. I guess I'll get around to a thorough read through at some point in the future maybe. Oh by the way, it doesnt come with the adapter. Had to buy that separately. It might have had the batteries included though cant remember for sure. (You can either use batteries or mains to power it).Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Its 4 dedicated footswitches allow you to turn the essential effects groups on and off. Once you've got your sound where you want it, Memory mode lets you save the setup as a patch for instant recall. You can save up to 36, and the ME-70 comes with 36 presets to get you started. In Memory mode, the 4 main footswitches let you switch patches and banks with ease. Something went wrong. Making Connections 1 2 Connect an instrument cable from your guitar to the input jack of the ME - 70. If you’re using a stereo guitar amp, connect the amp to the ME - 70 ’s L (MONO) and R GUITAR AMP jacks. Tuning Your Guitar The ME - 70 features a built-in chromatic auto-tuner that allows you to tune your guitar quickly and easily. Play your high open E string—the display shows the name of the note closest to the pitch of the string you’ve played. Do a rough tuning so that “E” appears in the display. Tune the string more precisely until both red tuning-guide indicators light. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 to tune the other remaining strings. Selecting Patches ME - 70 patches are stored in “banks,” each of which holds four patches. There are nine Preset banks, P1-9, and nine User banks, U1-9. To load a patch, you start by selecting the bank in which it’s stored, and then you select the patch itself. Select the desired bank using your hands or feet. The flashing bank number means you can select a patch from within that bank. Step on Pedal 3 to select User Bank 7’s third patch—“U7” stops flashing and Patch U7-3 is loaded.www.digitekprinting.com/bbaexchange/webroot/admin_upload/files/canon-usa-printers-manuals.pdf Note: Once you’ve selected a bank, it stays selected until you choose another one. Turn the knobs directly above the pedals to change the settings for the effects. Note: You may need to fully sweep a knob past the position stored in the patch to hear a change. 4 Turn the knobs for the PREAMP.Thank you, for helping us keep this platform clean. The wah sound fantastic. Posted by Kirby Fox on Mar 31, 2013 Was this review helpful.I like having the controls at your finger tips rather than searching through menus (like on the GT-10.) Sometimes, simple is better.dienlanhhaiphong247.com/upload/files/canon-usa-copiers-manual.pdf All the dials are right there so you can tweek your sound during practice, save it and instantly recall it later. This thing has good tone, nice affects, and has a lot packed into a little package. I don?t use any of the preamp models but for those that may, they do sound pretty good. Price wise,?. this thing will give you most of the sounds you are looking for so it?s a good value for the dollar. With an important purchase such as a musical instrument or piece of studio gear, however, many people want to have the peace of mind in knowing that their investment will be protected should the product no longer be performing at 100. Product Replacement - if your product cannot be fixed or costs too much to fix, we will replace it with the equivalent model for no additional charge. If this is not possible, a full refund will be provided. No Lemon Policy - your product will be replaced should the same problem occur multiple times. Loaners Available - a loaner product may be given while the product is being repaired. Power Surge Protection - your product is covered even if damaged from a power surge. Accessory Coverage - any peripheral devices or accessories that come with your product (i.e. foot pedal, case) are also covered. Commercial Use Coverage - music and recording professionals who purchase gear for “heavy-use” commercial purposes will still be covered. Consumables (i.e. strings, reeds, woodwind pads, drum sticks, batteries, tubes, cross faders) are excluded as they are designed to be replaced. Accidental or cosmetic damage is not covered. Speakers damaged by overpowering are generally not covered. Our coverage does not provide compensation for loss of use. As of June 2018 the Performance Warranty is no longer transferable. The warranty is only valid in Canada. The pricing is as follows: NEW products: 4 of selling price to double the warranty from 1 year to 2 years. 4 for each additional year. USED products: 4 of selling price to increase the warranty from 3 months to 1 year. 4 for each additional year. Pricing for used electronic products is 4 of the original new selling price. Customers interested in more complete and convenient (but not necessarily longer) coverage are still able to purchase additional years of the Performance Warranty.
