COSM (Composite Object Sound Modeling) Composite Object Sound Modeling (COSM) is Roland’s innovative and powerful sound modeling technology. COSM analyzes the many factors that make up the original sound, such as the electrical and physical characteristics of the original, and then produces a digital model that can reproduce the same sound. MILD Mild tone with the high end cut back. You can also use it as a “limiter” to suppress only the sound peaks and prevent distortion. Select any one of these as the effect to be used.HARMONIST “Harmonist” is an effect which the amount of shifting is adjusted according to an analysis of the guitar input, allowing you to create harmonics based on diatonic scales. Adding an Effect Synchronized to the Performance Tempo When any effect other than HARMONIST is selected, you can set the tempo so you get an effect that is synchronized to. You can also layer this as you perform something else, then record these together (overdub). You can keep the recorded content playing continuously as backing and produce other special effects. Since it suppresses the noise in synchronization with the envelope of the guitar sound (the way in which the guitar sound decays over time), it has very little effect on the guitar sound, and does not harm the natural character of the sound. RING MOD This is an effect that crosses the ME-50’s internal oscillator with the guitar source sound to change the sound to a metallic sound devoid of any feeling of pitch. If you turn off the power with the ME-50 still in Tuner mode, the changed reference pitch is not saved. 3. Play a single note on the string to be tuned; play the string open. Vuelva a intentarlo en otro momento. This has worked well for me and as a working musician, I need a product that I can count on. This is perfect.http://dkc1burgas.com/images/boss-me-50-manual-pdf-espa-ol.pdfIt takes up way less space on my pedal board and replaces 7 other pedals.Excelente para todo tipo de musica. Lo recomiendo. The only other effect I combine with it is an Ibanez Weeping Demon Wah which is also awesome. I keep the Boss and the Wah in a Boss effects case and both fit nicely. I use the Boss when I want some nice chorus and delays when recording - very clean sounding. Sometimes I'll use some of the distortions. I do like the octave range option on the Boss pedal - comes in handy for guitar solos. I know Boss has a newer model out which is the same design with more improvements. I'll stick with my ME-50. Works for me and has lasted a long time. You can find used ones in decent condition. Its definitely USED and it arrived scratched up, dusty with no instructions. I really feel this was false advertising. Wont get me again!!!Update! Make that ten years! No, it's not perfect, but for the money and for what it can do.it's the bomb! I've been playing guitar everyday for 40 years. I'm in a working top 40 classic rock and country band. On stage I use a 2001 Strat, Fender Blues Deluxe Reissue and my ME-50. That's it. I never use the preset side of the board. I don't write patches. I used to, and I used to try to make patches for different songs and go to those patches, but a patch that sounds great one night will almost always sound like trash the next night. It's not the ME's fault. Weather, amp placement, amp settings, quantity of people in the room, how much my ears are ringing, etc.So I just use it manually. What I love is the portability, reliability, ease of use, consistency, small size, simplicity, versatility, and of course, the sounds it helps me make. I am a tone hound. I have a bedroom full of vintage guitars, amps and effects units, but I would be insane to lug any of that around to clubs and bars. I use cheap, reliable and rugged gear. Tone? All the tone I want.http://dabien.co.kr/wp-content/plugins/formcraft/file-upload/server/content/files/1626f25bb2a92f---bosch-srv33a13-manual.pdf I run the amp at clean and at low volume, and push the amp with the output signal of the ME. This means the amp is quiet when I'm quiet, and it also does something magical to the Blues Deluxe. I always run the compressor and noise gate, and I usually just use the Tube Screamer distortion setting. I use just a touch of spring reverb instead of the amp's. I use the wah and have a real love for the vibrato pedal. For Mississippi Queen I use the Fuzzface. In the end, we are talking about a super easy, reliable, versatile, small, simple, easy to use, inexpensive and all in one effects unit that mimics a multitude of vintage gear very well (more often better). Why would I want to drag around an unreliable, gigantic and expensive pedal board around. The tone of the ME-50 can be magical once you spend enough time with it. There were times I hated this thing, but it was only because I was still unfamiliar with it. If you have the distortion past 12 o'clock, even on the Tube Screamer, you aren't using it right. Instead of going past 12 o'clock, crank up the compressor. The noise gate doesn't need to go beyond 10 o'clock ever. Mine sits at 9 o'clock. Do you know what it would cost to buy each effect separately. And then fit them all onto a pedal board. Yes, the Boss ME-50 is very awesome. People laugh at my stuff until they hear it. Even the tubes are 5 years old and original. Run your amp clean and low, then push it using the ME-50's volume knobs. It has three! The master's, distortion's and the compressor's! That's where the magic is. It's like using a powerful clean booster. The amp will sing. UPDATE on 10-28-2015; Well, things have changed a lot in the last 3 years. I'm still using the ME-50 exclusively for playing in our classic rock band. But I'm using it differently these days and of course I think it sounds better than ever now. I sometimes use a 1970 Bassman, with a matching 2x12 cabinet, instead of the Fender Blues Deluxe Reissue as well.www.cndasion.com/d/files/carrier-ac-user-manuals.pdf We play music from Wicked Game from Chris Isaak all the way to Man In A Box by Alice In Chains. We also play a lot of Zeppelin and CCR. So I still need a rig that is pretty darn versatile. So lately the way I've been setting up with the band is very simple. Guitar - ME-50 - Amp. Nothing else. And the ME-50 is simple too. I still don't use the tone modifier. I don't use the compressor anymore. And I barely ever touch the ME-50 anymore once I'm plugged in. The noise gate sits at 9 or 10 o'clock. The reverb sits somewhere on Hall. For distortion I just leave in on Tube Screamer all night. Gain at 3 o'clock. Bottom at 3 o'clock also. Tone at 1 or 2 o'clock and Level at 12 oclock. I am totally blown away with this set up. I'm playing with the knobs on my guitar a lot more, but every sound I'm looking for can be found there now. For clean I simply roll the volume on my guitar down. Even with the Tube Screamer on, I get a great classic clean tone this way. And as I turn up the volume the tone gets dirty really fast. On max volume my guitar is wailing like Carlos Santana. Plus the guitar is super dynamic. I can go from clean to dirty simply by playing lighter and heavier. And the tone is amazing. In your face and with no mud at all. So there you have it. That's the way to get awesome classic rock tones from this unit. However.I am using a guitar with hotter pickups these days. My Strat with the low output HS-3s did not like this set up. My guitar today has Seymour Duncan designed JB and 59er pickups in it. I'm also playing my amp pretty loud. So when I push things the amp is adding some dirt of it's own. And the tone is just classic. That's the point. So, a trick I want to share is that the ME-50 has a most amazing chorus, but it's not the chorus. It's the harmonizer. Just set all the knobs at 12 o'clock on that harmonizer and be prepared to hear the most awesome chorus sound. It's great for anything, and that includes metal.http://kaplanpm.com/wp-content/plugins/formcraft/file-upload/server/content/files/1626f25c6ad14a---bosch-stainless-dishwasher-manual.pdf Nothing else at this time except that after 10 years of abuse it's still working like new.I was woried that the Amp Modeling function would not be very good, but I was pleasantly wrong. The line-out function into the house PA provides excellent sound. The amp-modeling is transparent to the user, and you can focus on your effects while the ME-50 manages the amp modeling to automatically give a good sound. The metal housing and heavy duty knobs were also far superior to the Line 6 Unit. In fairness, this unit costs more than the Line 6. Only downside is that you cannot switch thru the 10 saved sound banks with your foot, so you can only have 3 pedal settings plus whatever has been manually set for 4 settings during a song. Conversely the Line 6 provides extra pedals to allow switching sound banks on the fly. This is a minor issue for me, however, since I only use a few saved settings.I did some research on it and have found out one reason it sounds so good is because it's 24-bit. I only use a light amount of effects. I use the delay and sometimes the distortion on this unit. The ME-50 has a ton of distortion tones that you can setup to your liking and the same with modulation and delay. I previously had a lot of pedals hooked up in my chain like delays, distortions, compressors, etc., but the ME-50 eliminates a lot of room on the ground, which is nice. I am not impressed with Boss' reverb and never have been, but the beauty is you don't have to use the reverb on the unit. I run a Lexicon MPX-110 for my reverb and I believe this is something that Lexicon excels in. This unit is also built like a tank which I would expect nothing less from Boss. I would seriously think about getting one of these instead of forking over more more for a Boss GT-10.Para salir de este carrusel, utiliza la tecla de acceso directo del encabezado para desplazarte al encabezado siguiente o anterior.http://www.megasaludips.com/wp-content/plugins/formcraft/file-upload/server/content/files/1626f25db6af15---bosch-starter-motor-service-manual.pdf This may happen as a result of the following: Javascript is disabled or blocked by an extension (ad blockers for example) Your browser does not support cookies Please make sure that Javascript and cookies are enabled on your browser and that you are not blocking them from loading. This list should not be considered complete but covers the most common examples. This trick was featured in the HBO series Deadwood, when Al Swearengen and E. B. Farnum trick Brom Garret into believing gold is to be found on the claim Swearengen intends to sell him. This con was also featured in Sneaky Pete.Note that the classic Spanish Prisoner trick also contains an element of the romance scam (see below).A common ploy of investment scammers is to encourage a mark to use money concealed from tax authorities. The mark cannot go to the authorities without revealing that they have committed tax fraud. Many swindles involve a minor element of crime or some other misdeed.Large cheques stolen from businesses are mailed to the mark. These cheques are altered to reflect the mark's name, and the mark is then asked to cash them and transfer all but a percentage of the funds (their commission ) to the con artist. This exposes the mark not only to enormous debt when the bank reclaims the money from their account, but also to criminal charges for money laundering. A more modern variation is to use laser-printed counterfeit cheques with the proper bank account numbers and payer information. This scam can be seen on the film The Spanish Prisoner. The con actively cultivates a romantic relationship which often involves promises of marriage. The scam then becomes an advance-fee fraud or a check fraud. A wide variety of reasons can be offered for the trickster's lack of cash, but rather than just borrow the money from the victim (advance fee fraud), the con-artist normally declares that they have checks which the victim can cash on their behalf and remit the money via a non-reversible transfer service to help facilitate the trip ( check fraud ). Of course, the checks are forged or stolen and the con-artist never makes the trip: the hapless victim ends up with a large debt and an aching heart. This scam can be seen in the movie Nights of Cabiria. In this scam, a fortune teller uses cold reading skills to detect that a client is genuinely troubled rather than merely seeking entertainment; or is a gambler complaining of bad luck. The fortune teller informs the mark that they are the victim of a curse, and that for a fee a spell can be cast to remove the curse.Fake anti-virus software falsely claims that a computer is infected with viruses, and renders the machine inoperable with bogus warnings unless blackmail is paid. This currency was sometimes alleged to have been printed with stolen engraving plates. Victims, usually living outside major cities, would be enticed to travel to the location of the green goods men to complete the transaction. Victims then received offers to purchase the money at a price much less than face value. The con entails a sale of what is claimed to be a small pig, in a poke (bag). The bag actually contains a cat (not particularly prized as a source of meat). The mark is driven around the city in a tuk-tuk operated by one of the con men, who ensures that the mark meets one helper after another, until the mark is persuaded to buy the jewelry from a store also operated by the swindlers. The gems are real but significantly overpriced. This scam has been operating for twenty years in Bangkok, and is said to be protected by Thai police and politicians. A similar scam usually runs in parallel for custom-made suits. The salesmen explain the ultra-low price in a number of ways; for instance, that their employer is unaware of having ordered too many speakers, so they are sneakily selling the excess behind the boss's back. The scam may extend to the creation of Web sites for the bogus brand, which usually sounds similar to that of a respected loudspeaker company. Please help improve this section by adding citations to reliable sources. As the amount fraudulently claimed from each victim is relatively low, some will give the scammers the benefit of the doubt, or simply seek to avoid the nuisance of further action, and pay the claim. One operator begins the game with the victim, then the second joins in. When the second operator leaves briefly, the first colludes with the victim to cheat the second operator. One relatively common scheme involves two cars, one for the con artist, and the other for the shill. The con artist will pull in front of the victim, and the shill will pull in front of the con artist before slowing down. The shill will accelerate away, leaving the scene. The con artist will then claim various exaggerated injuries in an attempt to collect from the victim's insurance carrier despite having intentionally caused the accident. The scam originally targeted Japanese tourists due to the high price of watermelon in Japan. The scammer begins with a large pool of marks, numbering ideally a power of two such as 1024 (2 10 ). One half receives a prediction that the stock price will rise (or a team will win, etc.), and the other half receives the opposite prediction. After the event occurs, the scammer repeats the process with the group that received a correct prediction, again dividing the group in half and sending each half new predictions. The next prediction is, of course, no better than a random guess, but the previous record of success makes it seem to the mark to be a prediction worth great value. This requires a larger number of marks at the beginning, but fewer steps are required to gain the confidence of the marks who receive successful predictions, because the probability of a correct prediction is lower at each step, and thus it seems more remarkable. The closest he found was when illusionist Derren Brown presented it in his television special The System in 2008. Brown's intent was merely to convince his mark that he had a foolproof horse race betting system rather than to scam the mark out of money. However, Ellenberg goes on to describe how investment firms do something similar by starting many in-house investment funds, and closing the funds that show the lowest returns before offering the surviving funds (with their record of high returns) for sale to the public. The selection bias inherent in the surviving funds makes them unlikely to sustain their previous high returns.A pair of con men work together, one going into an expensive restaurant in shabby clothes, eating, and claiming to have left his wallet at home, which is nearby. As collateral, the con man leaves his only worldly possession, the violin that provides his livelihood. He or she then alters the date on the ticket so that it appears to be from the day before, and therefore a winning ticket. The investigations using a fake lottery uncovered a large group of marks all targeted by a single artist, a disgruntled former employee of the Mint who used his insider knowledge and skills to produce the high-quality forged tickets. The mark loses whenever the dealer chooses to make him lose. When the pickpocket succeeds in stealing from a member of the audience, he signals the dealer. He takes the card and folds a corner and says in a hushed voice to the audience that he has marked the card. He places a bet and wins. Then he asks the others to place bets as well. The US Department of Education, for instance, oversees higher education accreditation in the United States. Please help improve this article by adding citations to reliable sources. ( January 2018 ) ( Learn how and when to remove this template message ) In a typical instance, the artist sends the mark an email pretending to be from a company, such as eBay. The website is fake but designed to look exactly like the business' website. The site contains a form asking for personal information such as credit card numbers, which the mark feels compelled to give or lose all access to the service. When the mark submits the form (without double-checking the website address ), the information is sent to the swindler. A fraudster can make calls through an Internet- PSTN gateway to impersonate banks, police, schools or other trusted entities. A random dialer computer or auto-dialer can impersonate healthcare providers to get Social Security numbers and birthdates from elderly patients recently released from the hospital. Some victims of the technical support scam may have their information sold or traded to a new organization that will cold-call them and tell them that they are entitled to a refund for the support they have previously paid for. Alternatively, the scammer may impersonate a security company and convince the victim that hackers are manipulating their bank account. The goal is for the scammer to transfer money between the user's accounts and to use HTML editing in the browser to make it appear as though new money has been transferred into the account by a legitimate company.Often claiming some kind of divine guidance, using religious slogans, or claiming to be raising funds for a religious or other worthy cause, church scammers invite their new “friends” to invest in what turns out to be nothing more than a Ponzi Scheme paying for their personal lifestyle.
