I really like the sound on sound option which is basically a small looper built into this unit. At one time I owned the boss looper pedal but now I just use the SOS to lay down whatever rythm I want to practice over and then start wailing on the lead parts. The DD20 is a great practice aid in that regard. The dotted eighth note dealy is very helpful for songs that use that.I also definitely recommend getting the Boss FS-5U tap tempo switch for maximum flexibility onstage, as well as an AC adapter.http://eduteklabs.com/userfiles/bose-wave-connect-kit-for-ipod-manual.xml

Watch the videos on YouTube to hear how great this pedal sounds, then add this baby to your pedalboard--you won't regret it!I was looking for a delay that had presets, was simple to operate and also had great sound. Initially I had my eyes on the boutique delays like the Eventide Timefactor and the Strymon Timeline, but felt those delays were going to be way too complex and far more robust (and complicated) than I'd need. Enter the DD-20. Now I know BOSS doesn't have the same reputation it did long ago and I'll admit, I was actually trying to avoid putting BOSS on my pedalboard. I had used some BOSS pedals in the past that I really didn't like and I felt like I might run into the same thing here, but due to all the positivity surrounding this pedal I decided to take the risk. I am SO glad that I did. The DD-20 honestly hits the mark in every area I was looking for. I learned 99 of the features on my own just fiddling around and the other 1 I learned from a quick YouTube video online. Didn't read a manual once. Not only that but the SOUND (obviously the most important aspect) is incredible. I love the delays I'm getting from this. You have so many options and with essentially 5 presets, you have a lot of room for creativity. In summary, if you are like me and you're looking for a simple, great sounding delay with a few presets, do not hesitate on getting this. You will NOT be disappointed. It is an awesome device. However, usually, I just preset my ME-25 with all the songs in order, and just switch it. If you want a solid delay device and looper, just put your other pedals in front of this and wail away. Many of which no other delay pedal offers such as the warp, dual, twist, and modulate modes. This is a very very simple pedal, too. Something this awesome I figured would be complicated but I didn't even have to read the manual before knowing this piece of work inside and out SO DON'T LET ITS APPEARANCE FOOL YOU. It's simple and amazing- simply amazing! ??http://fzreal.com/upload/bose-wave-ii-radio-cd-manual.xmlHolds up to four presets so you can program different delay effect settings for various songs when playing out live or practicing. This saved me lots of time experimenting with the unit trying to find the popular settings. It features all the main delay types that range from vintage to modern including digital, analog, tape, modulated and several others. It can also store up to 4 user presets which is really handy and it has tap tempo which I find very useful. The pedal runs quiet without any noise and it is also very robust which makes it a great option for both studio recording and live use. Very happy with this pedal overall:-)Gracias por su comentario. I've bought one again - that's how important this bit of kit is to me and to my guitar sound. The only thing is that it would be nice to know if you are ordering a power adaptor with the machine or not - cos I didn't get one with this package and would have like to have known about it when ordering it. The delivery was ahead of time. So: Great product and great delivery. MarcGracias por su comentario. Lo sentimos, no hemos podido registrar tu voto. Close Service Contact us Help The old delay was nice, but one of my band's repertoire has some songs that need exact BPM for delay and these songs might come up in a set suddenly, just when the singer decides to sing them and I have no time to tap it in correctly. And I messed up quite a lot of these songs' intros. But now Boss DD-200 having 4 memory slots is enough for me, especially in a relatively small dimensions on pedalboard. DD-200 sounds good, it has many modes and they are all tweakable to great extent, anything you can think of, you can tweak it. I usually stick to tape or analog modes and the possibilities are sure too complicated for a beginner, for instance you can adjust different tape heads which play the echo back, how worn the tape is, wobble etc. Almost only reason why I gave it total of 4 stars, is because of re-editing the sounds that are in memory slots. The problem that I pumped into is when I want to tweak something in memory slot's sound. How could I possibly know if it was previously 21 or 22 or 34. Sometimes changing it from e.g. 15 to 17 makes already important difference. Sure, you'll get it right at the end, but it takes much more time than needed. Some other companies have solved this issue in digital pedals by indicating the original value with blinking etc. And I guess it's easy to be done via USB, but should I have my computer in soundcheck.BANGKOKCABLE.COM/ckf_bccUpload/files/780-715-u-manual.pdf But everything else, I'm very happy with it, MIDI connection to control it by remote switching system, great quality jacks, sturdy casing. Memory slots and small size are the reasons why I chose DD-200 over Strymon, TC Electronic, EH or other brands. In that perspective there is no competition (at least in 2019-2020 season). Send report Total handling features sound quality Nice but. Zafos, 04.07.2020 Good delay, but a little thin sounding compare to my DD3. One downside is that you can't see the settings of the saved patches. Went with the Boss DD-500 instead, more choices and the vintage digital delays are exceptional. Youtube Show all BOSS: DD-200 Digital Delay. A cruise through the delay types. Players everywhere upgrade to Pedal Power 2 PLUS because it powers what conventional power supplies can’t. Pedal Power 2 PLUS is hand made in the U.S.A.https://www.cdscabling.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/formcraft/file-upload/server/content/files/1626e4ce77b9cd---4-speed-manual-toyota-pickup.pdf, comes complete with cables, detachable AC power cord, a 5-year warranty, and simply makes you sound better! The isolated outputs of the Pedal Power 2 PLUS prevent the occurrence of ground loops and the noise level is too low to measure. - Pete Cornish Ground loops cause hum, and the solution is to break the unwanted ground path. Isolation is the best way to do it. Unlike other power supplies, Pedal Power 2 PLUS isolates EVERY output. This eliminates tone robbing interaction between units. Now you can properly power everything from vintage overdrives to modern digital marvels that others just can’t! Proprietary balanced transformer makes it possible. A typical transformer, like those used i n a wall wart, creates a large magnetic field that causes hum in any audio path near it. Pedal Power 2 PLUS uses a custom designed, ultra-low noise toroidal transformer, with separate balanced windings for every output. Now even the most sensitive pedals can be dead quiet. What’s good for charging a cell phone is NOT good for your pedals. While digital switching power supplies are small and inexpensive, they also generate unpredictable transients and extraneous noise. Pedal Power 2 PLUS uses an audiophile quality linear supply for consistently stable, clean, pure power. Boss pedals that require the ACA adapter operate at 12V which can be selected via switches underneath the Pedal Power 2 PLUS. Any one of these outputs can be individually selected to run at 9V or 12V. Via switches underneath the Pedal Power 2 PLUS, these two outputs can be separately configured for regulated (Boss Twin Pedals) or unregulated (Line 6 Modelers) power allowing you to run both units if so desired. These outputs can also power any standard 9V effects as well. This feature can be enabled via the bottom panel switches. The SAG control is mostly useful for transistor-based fuzz, octavia, and distortion circuits, as most modern opamp designs are minimally affected by variations in supply voltage.http://reiki-roots.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/formcraft/file-upload/server/content/files/1626e4cfcf210a---4-speed-manual-transmission-chevy-truck.pdf We recommend turning SAG off if you’re going to run digital pedals like delay, chorus, and reverb. You can run effects like the current MXR Flanger by combining two 9V outputs to create a single 18V supply. By switching two outputs into 12V ACA mode, you can join them together to create a 24V output for powering numerous Electro-Harmonix stompboxes including the Deluxe Memory Man. There are three different models, which accept 100V, 120V, or 240V mains. All units sold in North America are for 120V only. You cannot operate a 120V Pedal Power using 240V power without the correct step down transformer. The supply voltage is marked on the bottom of the unit. This means that if you have a short in a power cable, or one of your pedals malfunctions, PP 2 PLUS will temporarily turn off the power to that pedal. All other outputs will continue to function normally with no long-term damage. Other regions contact your country's distributor for warranty info. It sometimes manifests in beings who, through an accident of birth, carry the power of the planes in their blood. The genasi are one such people, the offspring of genies and mortals. The powerful genies, however, don’t face such troubles when venturing into the mortal world. They adapt well to the mingled elements of the Material Plane, and they sometimes visit—whether of their own volition or compelled by magic. Some genies can adopt mortal guise and travel incognito. Friendship forms, romance blooms, and sometimes children result. These children are genasi: individuals with ties to two worlds, yet belonging to neither.Elemental energy saturates any creatures in the area and might alter their nature enough that their offspring with other mortals are born as genasi. They resemble humans but have unusual skin color (red, green, blue, or gray), and there is something odd about them. The elemental blood flowing through their veins manifests differently in each genasi, often as magical power. Those of earth or water descent tend to be heavier, while those of air or fire tend to be lighter. A given genasi might have some features reminiscent of the mortal parent (pointed ears from an elf, a stockier frame and thick hair from a dwarf, small hands and feet from a halfling, exceedingly large eyes from a gnome, and so on). Genies seldom have interest in their mortal offspring, seeing them as accidents. Many feel nothing for their genasi children at all. Others gain positions of great influence, especially where elemental beings are revered. A few genasi leave the Material Plane to find refuge in the households of their genie parents. This certainty might manifest as graceful self-assurance in one genasi and as arrogance in another. Such self- confidence can sometimes blind genasi to risk, and their great plans often get them and others into trouble. There are no great genasi cities or empires. Genasi seldom have communities of their own and typically adopt the cultures and societies into which they are born. The more strange their appearance, the harder time they have. Many genasi lose themselves in teeming cities, where their distinctiveness hardly raises an eyebrow in places accustomed to a variety of different people. As a people touched by elemental power, genasi are viewed as seers, prophets, and chosen ones. The birth of a genasi, whether a slave, a noble, or a member of a desert tribe, is an auspicious event. Most Athasians believe a given genasi is destined for greatness—or infamy. People there tend to be less accepting of differences. Sometimes a cold shoulder and a suspicious glare are the best genasi can hope for; in more backward places, they face ostracism and even violence from people who mistake them for fiends. When those rulers were overthrown, their planetouched children were scattered. Over thousands of years, the bloodlines of those genasi have spread into other lands. Though far from common, air and fire genasi are more likely to be found in the western regions of Faerun, along the coast from Calimshan north up to the Sword Coast, and into the Western Heartlands to the east. Some remain in their ancient homeland. Individuals have difficulty tracing their own lineage, and bloodlines occasionally skip a generation or two. Many earth genasi originated in the North and spread out from there. Water genasi come from coastal areas, the largest concentration of them hailing from the regions surrounding the Sea of Fallen Stars. There, genies and spellcasters enter into bargains, and genasi can result from such pacts. Those genasi have been sources of great weal and woe in the history of that land. They can be flamboyant, and are keen to have an audience. They rarely stay in one place for long, always looking for a new sky to see and breathe. Air genasi who don’t live in cities favor open lands such as plains, deserts, and high mountains. Fitting backgrounds include charlatan, entertainer, and noble. Their uncommon size and strength makes them natural soldiers, though, and with their stoic demeanor, they can encourage others and become great leaders. Many earth genasi live underground, where they can be in their favored element. When they emerge from their caves, they might roam the hills and mountains or lay claim to old ruins. Like their air genasi cousins, they sometimes flaunt their perceived superiority over common folk. But they also want others to share their high opinion of themselves, so they constantly seek to enhance their reputations. They make excellent mariners and fishers. Like earth genasi, though, water genasi prefer quiet and solitude; the wide shores are their natural homes. They go where they want, do what they want, and rarely feel bound to anything. Good backgrounds for water genasi include hermit and sailor. They might later assume distinctive names to capture their heritage, such as Flame, Ember, Wave, or Onyx. Choose one of these subraces. Primordial is a guttural language, filled with harsh syllables and hard consonants. They live somewhat longer than humans do, up to 120 years. Your size is Medium. As changeable as the weather, your moods shift from calm to wild and violent with little warning, but these storms rarely last long. A faint but constant breeze accompanies them, tousling the hair and stirring the clothing. Some air genasi speak with breathy voices, marked by a faint echo. A few display odd patterns in their flesh or grow crystals from their scalps. Constitution is your spellcasting ability for this spell. You have inherited some measure of control over earth, reveling in superior strength and solid power. You tend to avoid rash decisions, pausing long enough to consider your options before taking action. Some earth genasi always have bits of dust falling from their bodies and mud clinging to their clothes, never getting clean no matter how often they bathe. Others are as shiny and polished as gemstones, with skin tones of deep brown or black, eyes sparkling like agates. Earth genasi can also have smooth metallic flesh, dull iron skin spotted with rust, a pebbled and rough hide, or even a coating of tiny embedded crystals. The most arresting have fissures in their flesh, from which faint light shines. Constitution is your spellcasting ability for this spell. You tend toward impatience and making snap judgments. Rather than hide your distinctive appearance, you exult in it. The more human-looking have fiery red hair that writhes under extreme emotion, while more exotic specimens sport actual flames dancing on their heads. Fire genasi voices might sound like crackling flames, and their eyes flare when angered. Some are accompanied by the faint scent of brimstone. Your ties to the Elemental Plane of Fire make your darkvision unusual: everything you see in darkness is in a shade of red. Once you reach 3rd level, you can cast the burning hands spell once with this trait as a 1st-level spell, and you regain the ability to cast it this way when you finish a long rest. Constitution is your spellcasting ability for these spells. You wander freely and take pride in your independence, though others might consider you selfish. They smell of fresh rain and clean water. Blue or green skin is common, and most have somewhat overlarge eyes, blue-black in color. A water genasi’s hair might float freely, swaying and waving as if underwater. Some have voices with undertones reminiscent of whale song or trickling streams. When you reach 3rd level, you can cast the create or destroy water spell as a 2nd-level spell once with this trait, and you regain the ability to cast it this way when you finish a long rest. Constitution is your spellcasting ability for these spells. Should be comparable to Half-Elves in that respect. Therefore you create your character's culture and life. I play in a game where I'm an air Genasi Rogue and a friend plays as my brother who is a water Genasi Druid. Our backstory is that we are orphans who raised ourselves on the streets of a mafia style town. The Genasi abilities proved very useful in this style of game. I being able to hold my breath indefinitely, and he breathing under water, allowed us to sneak into a mafia base through a river. Then we were able to sneak past sooooo many traps I just levitated over them and he disarmed some freezing them with his shape water and freezing the mechanisms. We ended up breaking that game by assassinating a major character mob boss LOL. So it all just depends on how you play the character. That's now one of my favorite campaigns and it taught me to love Genasi. I have been playing and DMing 27 years now and I love the plane settings. Plane touched like the Genasi are fun to play all one has to do is open up ones mind and see were you can take your character with in the rules your DM sets for their game. For any of the elements? It would literally be the equivalent of giving birth to a rock. That would hurt more than fighting an actual Genie xD Always trying to play it cool, even affable at times, but has a very short fuse and can burst into smoke and flame at any moment. So every child could be a dice roll for their type Obviously, it doesn't limit the way you roleplay, you can play any character however you want. But these make good intro characters for people who have perhaps never played before because they can focus on a specific trait and expand from there. If I have 4 players, they can each play a different Genasi variant. This could affect their relationships in ways. Comparing bucket lists. Or building something. Learning by doing.
