I was a little hesitant to purchase this remote after reading the reviews here on Amazon and elsewhere. However, I decided to take a risk and give it a try. I am glad I did because it seems Bose has the bugs worked out. I paired the remote to my Bose Soundbar 500, Vizio M507-G1, and my Roku Ultra with ease using the Bose Music app. It took me like 5 minutes max. Max. I repeat, this remote DOES work with Roku Ultra as of the time of this review. It seems like Bose took care of a lot of the issues from earlier on. That did a better job of pairing and calibrating the remote such that the right buttons did the right things when controlling the TV. Your experience may vary depending on what TV you have. As far as overall design goes, the remote is very elegant and sleek which I really appreciate. However, it is a bit heavier and bigger than your typical Roku, TV, soundbar, etc. remote. I personally like how solid it feels. Also, I noticed some reviews mention the button backlighting does not stay on long enough. So far this hasn't been an issue for me as I end up using muscle memory to quickly find the button I want anyway. TL;DR: Works well with Roku Ultra. Super easy pairing using Bose Music app on phone.What boggling my mind is how i have not read one review on how insanely huge and uncomfortable to handle this remote is, for some absolutely unknown reason bose decided to leave a 4 inch blank space at the bottom of a already long remote. Schlie?lich gibt der Assistent auf, und fordert auf, die Modellbezeichnung einzugeben. Danach wird das Gerat dann als erfolgreich eingerichtet bezeichnet. Leider ist es das nicht, es lasst sich keine einzige Funktion des Receiver steuern, weder Lautstarke noch Kanalwahl oder sonst etwas. Dabei machte es keinen Unterschied, ob die Modellbezeichnung 7620 oder HRT-7620 eingegeben wurde. Ich vermute (hoffe?), dass die Modellbezeichnung uber die App an den Bose Support weitergegeben wird, um ein Feedback zu geben, welche Gerate bei der Einrichtung scheitern, es scheint ein Freitext Feld zu sein. Umso frecher ist es dann aber, die Einrichtung als erfolgreich abzuhaken. Genauso putzig ist der lapidare Hinweis, man konne ja einfach weiter seine Original Fernbedienung nutzen. Genau das nicht mehr tun zu mussen war aber der einzige Grund fur die Anschaffung. Meine Bose Soundbar 500 und der Panasonic TV wurden schnell gefunden. Aber: Funktionen des TV Panasonic (TX-Reihe) wurden gefunden bis auf den Wechselmodus vom Sat- zum Kabelempfang. Und nicht gefunden wird die App-Einstellung fur Netflix und Amazon Prime. Da befindet sich auf der Bose Fernbedienung keine Taste. Hierfur benotige ich noch die OriginalTV-Fernbedienung. Ist nicht Sinn der Sache. Auch hier sollte Bose dringend nachbessern. Wann kapieren die das endlich mal!! (Sollte hier bei mir ein Bedienerfehler vorliegen, lasse ich mich gerne belehren.
