Tighten starboard tilt tube nut to a torque of 45 to 50 ft. The exhaust wate r valve a nd the exhaust relief muffler can both be serviced without removing the exhaust housing. Remove screws and bracket holding valve to exhaust housing. Bring the exhaust housing into positio n with the stern bracket. 17526 1.
