3w 70i manualOur employees develop, construct and manufacture a wide range of engines from 1-cylinder to 6-cylinder engines for ambitious competition and hobby pilots. Vibrations are minimized whereby the model and electronics are preserved in the long term. The noise level is reduced at the same time. The engine is suitable for a broad variety of models and distinguishes itself through its reliability, durability, and power. Here the engines are optimized for performance enhancement. The transfer ports in the cylinder are modified and suitably reworked in the crankcase. The individual cylinders’ compression is adjusted in multiple-cylinder engines. Compression is increased. The following benefits result from this: The engine’s torque and power are increased. Throttle response improves in a lower RPM range. Both ignitions work independently of one another here. The following benefits can be achieved using the TS version: To process your inquiries as quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to use the contact opportunities on the right. Let us know and we will see what we can do I have checked the carb tuning and there are no more revs to be found there. It starts and runs well at idle, mid range and full throttle. My guess is that the manufacturers prop sizes are a bit over ambitious. A Zenoah 62 would be using a 22x10.This causes excessive heat and the engine rpm drops due to this even though you have increased the oil thinking the engine will benefit from this and the cooling property of the oil. This causes the heat, the heat then richens up the fuel setting and the rpm drops off. I use a good quality 2 stroke oil such as Bel-Ray, Redline, Castrol. Using the cheaper oils can cause problems and higher levels of carbon deposits. 3W ignition unit, here I have a problem in that I have 2 3W 55i's that I could never get them to perform at higher rpm's. I was only getting as you are around the 5700-6000 rpm on a 22x10 Menz or Falcon prop.http://beprofitable.ca/cmsimages/bosch-injector-pump-service-manual.xml

I changed the 3W ignition unit to the Rcxel unit and immediately got an additional 1000-1300 rpm. Just some pointers that you probably know but that is my experience with them. Cary The Ig Unit in use is the 3W original. I have had good experiences with the RcXL until as a replacement for a Zenoah 20 engine. I'm inclined to give both your suggestions a try. I had one flight last night which ended in a dead stick - surprised me because it had been running well right up to the moment it stopped, running well and then just died without a splutter of warning. On retrieval it started and ran well again but I decided against further flight until it had a good coat of looking at. This morning I made sure that the ignition battery was fully charged and then retuned the carb on the ground, just edging toward 'rich' on the high end. A good ground run with no sign of distress so further flights this afternoon. First was too rich and barely flew, tweaked.I'm pretty sure that there's no more to be found in this engine 'as is' I'm going to put in a bit of flight time and then try the Ignition swap. Thanks for the suggestions - much appreciated. Anyone out there with the same engine.Anyone using a 3W 70cc single who could comment on what prop sizes you have found useable. My 80 was the same, maybe it's something I was doing wrong?? But I did try lots of things to try to improve it. In the end I cured the problem with the 70 by replacing it with a Zenoah 80 and cured the 80 by replacing it with a DLE 85. I have flown it a few times now and it is showing a marginal improvement. I think that the basic problem is a lack of cubes for the size of model. Do I gather that you found a DLE85 single better than the Z80 twin?? - surprising, I was thinking that the Z80 would fit the cowl, may I need to think again. Thanks for the info, much appreciated.http://change4best.ru/upload/bosch-industrial-hydraulics-manual.xml stu k I did find that the more it has run there has been a marginal improvement to the 'barely adequate' category but at this time of year its not the time to be ripping it apart. I'll keep it going until things wind down a bit and then decide what to do. I have flown it a few times now and it is showing a marginal improvement. Thanks for the info, much appreciated.I get 6,300 on the 3W 60 with the same prop. I use 40 to 1 Silkoline Comp2 synthetic. Similar to Stihl oil. Motor is very sensitive to the exhaust system and if restricted will drop performance. I have three 3W60 engines and all were 6200 new and up to 6500 run in static on 24x10 mejetlk carbon prop. I have had your problem but exhaust improvements brought revs to minimum 6200 for new engine. On my Zirolli Mustang I doubled the exhaust outlet with a third large bore pipe revs lifted from 5,800 to 6200. The revs you have indicate a problem needing sorting especially cooling or most likely a restrictive exhaust system. Revs on the Metz 24 x 10 wood props about same as Mejetlk but carbon prop 50 more thrust. Zenoah 62cc 4.6bhp while 3W70i is 6.5bhp. In my well run in 3W60 in my Extra I get 6500 static on the 24x 10 Mejetlk carbon prop. The 70i with its rear disc induction is greatly superior to the side induction 3W60 especially as it unloads in the air. Fitting a tuned pipe will really push up the power on both engines. Martin. Lee 3.0 out of 5 stars Just FYI in case you're looking for all you need. This will be fine for me, I think, if I can fit it onto the tubing in my bamboo fountainI suspect it was because I was using it in my Sous Vide, which uses 65 degree Celsius water. Otherwise, it's a great pump. I deducted one star for the failure in warm water - seems like it could withstand this. But figured it out and it works beautifully! The original pump worked for a few hours and then just seemed to quit, so I was so glad I could find a replacement!Did not work for my small indoor fountain. It works great and as expected. Good value for the money.Page 1 of 1 Start over Page 1 of 1 In order to navigate out of this carousel please use your heading shortcut key to navigate to the next or previous heading. When at max rpm bringing the throttle smoothly back towards idle it misses a few times then transitions back to a nice smooth idle. I have just put a new Tillotson carby on it to try and stop this trait but it still occurs. The plug was ok but replaced it to see if that was the problem. The engine is not running hot. Ignition batteries look ok and recently I replaced the ignition module. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated to help me solve it missing. Regards, Airtourer What propeller and muffler system are you running. I have a 3W 60K that I bought from a club member that does the same thing. My motor has the 3W recomended carb mod to relieve static pressure against the diaphram. (Brass tube soldered to the top of the plate and vented to either a bronze clunk or a blocked off partition made of wood. (box) I run a 24x8 or 22x12 wood two blade Menz standard or Bolly propeller along with a Bisson side muffler (the one that stands tall on the side of the engine and exits straight down) This set up produces the most power and performance and the noise is minimal 96db at 25' over grass. That being said the motor is affected by knife edge flight and inverted harriers. My motor did run hot in the cowl and I had to baffle the inlet considerable to force air over the cylinder and to block air from the carb. I also changed my ignition module to Rcxcel and using A123 batteries. With all the mods and changes I have made my motor runs hard, transitions and idles steady. No dead sticks no sags or slow downs. Not every time and nothing that makes you think the motor is going to die. So my guess is it's normal for that motor to do that. I also run a 3W-50I and 3W-80XI and both these motors do not burble at any angle or any throttle position. Again my quess is that this is an example of the IMPROVMENT that 3W has made to the design and performance of the motors thru the years. (I also have a Zenoha Z26ei and various DLE 30, 55 and 111 and so far these motors have no issues other than whats common to them.) Good luck Fly hard ! JDS I also have a Rcxcel ignition. The carb originally was a Tillotson and as it was a few years old I thought it was about time to replace it. It wasn't cheap but the old one had a habit of adjusting the low end needle for me, it would move under vibration ( locktite was the only option there). The muffler is a Johnson style, bit loud. Prop is a 24x10 Mejlick and provides plenty of power, turns at 6300 rpm. The engine runs leaner in knife edge and inverted flight. You talk about a 3w carby modification, where can I find info on that. Thanks for your reply, apart from that trait the engine is a power house for it's size. Airtourer I think for the most part you will find all the data you need about running the motors on the 3W site as well as your distributors site who sells the motors. The older models, like what you and I have, will have to rely on archival data for information for that motor. (in other words you will have to find somebody that still has that manual and see if they can copy it for you.) Good Luck JDS Use of this site indicates your consent to the Terms of Use. It comes with an USB charger, a 3 mm jack that you can connect to the phone or laptop if you do not wish to use Bluetooth. Ther is also a Hand strap with the packing that you ca attach to the speaker and hang it somewhere or simply carry it. There are no volume adjustment buttons that I felt little uncomfortable. Pics attchedBut after charging it seems to be fine. Has very loud volume for its size. Perfect to carry with you when your'e travelling.I wonder that how this small thing produce this much sound. Valuable for money. The size was very small. The battery can last up to 2 to 3 hrs under normal usage. The speaker gets fully charged in around 1 hours. And it reduced the battery backup time in my product after a 3 to 4 months usage. But as far as sound was tested it was a very good for price of less than 1000.If you are wishing a speaker that can fit in you pockets, so this is awesome product. With compare to its size its sound quality is very good. But i was not expecting this product. Its just my little finger size speaker. Shake back and forth moving capsules into slots. I 3. Since that time the material at our disposal has been greatly augmented by the publication of hymns, liturgies and fragments of an epic from the ancient Sumerian library of Nippur 2. We are now fortunate enough to possess a few liturgical texts from Lagash of the classical Sumerian period 3. From the period of the first Babylonian dynasty, that is from the period following immediately upon the age from which the Nippur and Lagash material comes, we have a large collection of hymns and liturgies probably from Sippar and Babylon. An important text of this period containing a liturgy of the wailing for Tammuz has also been added to that part of our religious literature 5. The volume which is here presented to the public contains for the most part fragments of Sumerian liturgies copied for the libra ofAsuuranipal, none of whose originals in their final form antedate the Cassite period. In this collection 1. Sumerian and Babylonian Psalms (Paris, 1909). 2. RADAU, Miscellaneous Sumerian Texts in the HILPRECHT Anniversary Volume (1909). The same, Sumerian Hymns and Prayers to God Ninrib (1911), which were partly interpreted by RADAU in his Ninib the Determinerof Fates (1910). MYHRMAN, Babylonian Hymns and Prayers (1910). Fragment of a NippurianLiturgy, Babyloniaca III241-249 and a fragment ibid., 79-80, a duplicate of RADAU, Mliscel. No. 6. 3. FRANQO1S THUREAU-DANGIN, Nouvelles Fouilles de Tello, Chapter IV, AO.4327, 4328,4329,4330,4331,4334,4336 and several small fragments, one with a library note,.I venture to assign those texts, which have found their way to the Royal Scottish Museum ', to the same source as those published by PROFEssoR ZIMMlERN. It is perhaps possible on the basis of the numerous texts and critical editions which we now possess to write a preliminary history of Babylonian public worship. In this department of their religious literature the Semites adhered, even more closely than in their services for private penance and magic rituals, to the ancient Sumerian literary forms and especially to the Sumerian lang'uage. In the awhole range of Sumero-Babylonian public worship extending from the era of Sargon of Akkad, (2800 BC.:) to the first century BC., we have no Semitic text which is known to have been chanted in the temples. Most of them have not even an interlinear Semitic translation. This custom of regularly supplying the temple liturgies with an interlinear version must have arisen after the period of the first Babylonian dynasty (22321929), for none of the texts before or during this period show much tendency in this direction. It is impossible to determine the exact period in which the scribes felt compelled to supply the liturgies with a version in the vernacular. Perhaps the Assyrian scribes who copied these texts in the Babylonian temples for use in Assyria, themselves took the initiative in this matter. We may not, however, be far from the truth in suggesting that the Babylonlans of the Cassite period first began editing their long liturgies with a Semitic interlinear version, and 1. Nos. 195-7. lymnns toNlergal (195)and Innini(196) anda longliturgy to Nintud of Kes (197). The prism No. 197 has been kept in the possession of a Constantinople dealer for twenty years. 2. Nos. 1-8ter; with the exception of No. 8, a fragment from the,4sirbanipal library. 3. This is the accepted date, but Nabonidus places Sargon at 3800 BC., and this date is by no means disproved. In my discussion I accept provisionally the low dates for the early history of Sumer and Accad, but I am by no means convinced of their accuracy before the dynasty of Ur-Engur (2475 BC.). 4. An unpublished text in Constantinople has a long section in which the Semitic translation is inserted between the Sumerian lines in a hand so minute that deciphering is difficult. No space is reserved for the translation as in the late Assyrian texts. 5. MYHRMAN, op. cit. No. 11. But AO. 4332, NFT. p. 212 appears to be a real interlinear bilingual, certainly older than MYHRMIAN 11. - VI I we shall find reason to assume that about this time the great public services achieved their final form. In tracing the evolution of their public worship I shall assume the following approximate dates for the various periods; 1) Akkadian Sargonic Era 2900-2700. 2) Gudea 2650 followed by the dynasty of Gutium. 3) Dynasty of Ur 2475-2358. 4) Dynasty of Isin 2358-2133. 5) First Babylonian Dynasty 2232-1929. 6) Cassite Period 1763-1180. 7) Middle Period 1180-625. 8) Neo-Babylonian Empire 625539. Liturgical services originated among the Sumerians. Although we have no texts of this kind from the pre-Sargonic period yet we meet here with the technical name for the ( psalmist,, who always officiated at these services i. A passage in a royal inscription of the early period inclines us to infer that the psalmists (gala) were employed to chant at funerals 2 where they played upon a balag or lyre 3. The Sumerian word gala also denotes an ordinary attendant when 1. US-KU, Semitic kalu, v. SBP. VIII; DP. 132 VI 1, the grand kalu of Nina(ki); TSA. 2 rev. I 9, of Girsu; DP. 87 II 6, the little kalui. The Semitic kali translates this and a large number of other Sumerian words for psalmist. In some mysterious way the names became confused and balag then came to mean drum or tambourine, the niost popular of all instruments. In fact we shall find that public temple services originated from the desire to pacify the gods whose anger manifests itself in causing all human woes. And another passage describes in even more sad lines some national calamity: Oh temple thy skilled singer 3 is not present, thy fate who decrees. The psalmist who knows the song is not present, thy fate on the drum he chants not.
