I started mine out on a 24-10 for an hour's worth of break-in like my manual said and then switched to some 26-10's. The 24-10 was doing between 68 and 6900. As it broke in it was bumping 7 to 7100. I then switched to the 26-10 props and was making a lot of tip noise. I called the Desert Aircraft folks and talked to Bryan and he basically told me I was using paint stir sticks for a prop and I ought to get a decent prop. It was much quieter and it doing between 68 and 6900. (As good as when I ran a 24-10 break-in prop!) I haven't tached it lately but its now run about 6 gallons through it and it makes the CAP scoot.
