Serrare il cappello scatola bilancieri a 20 Nm. 8 Decompressione (a richiesta) Componenti: 1 Coperchio 6 Spina 2 Guarnizione 7 Anello 3 Anello di fermo 8 Leva 4 Molla 9 Spina 5 Albero Il coperchio bilancieri dei motori puo essere provvisto di dispositivo decompressione che comprime la valvola di scarico al PMS (punto morto superiore) abbassandola per circa 1mm.L'abbassamento e registrato dallo spessore della guarnizione 2. Verificare che la leva ruoti per circa meta corsa prima di agire sulla valvola. Se il piano della testa e deformato, spianare asportando massimo 0,3 mm. Lubrificare lo spinotto ed introdurlo nel pistone con la semplice pressione del pollice. Rilevare la posizione del cielo del pistone rispetto al piano del cilindro e scegliere la guarnizione di spessore adatto. Serrare le viti a 25 Nm. La guarnizione 3 e 5 oltre ad assicurare la tenuta olio col loro spessore determinano il gioco assiale dell'albero a camme. Per il controllo vedi seguito. Inserire l'albero a camme in modo che la camma di aspirazione B e quella di scarico C siano in bilancio (aspirazione apre e scarico chiude). Le sfere spinte alla periferia dell'ingranaggio della forza centrifuga spostano assialmente la campana 3 che agisce sulla forcella 2 collegata alla leva 1 per determinare la posizione dell'asta cremagliera pompa iniezione. Una molla con due lamine 4 posta in tensione dal comando acceleratore 5 contrasta l'azione della forza centrifuga del regolatore. Rifornire il serbatoio controllando che il livello del combustibile sia almeno 10 cm al di sopra del verificatore. Disporre la leva dell'acceleratore a meta corsa. Girare il volano nel senso di rotazione del motore e verificare che il combustibile giunga al verificatore montato sul raccordo di mandata della pompa iniezione. Ripetere quest'ultima operazione; durante la fase di compressione procedere lentamente e fermarsi immediatamente non appena si vede muovere il combustibile nel foro del verificatore; riportare indietro il volano di mm 3; questo e l'anticipo iniezione statico. Se C non coincide con B ma lo precede aggiunge spessori sotto la pompa, viceversa togliere spessori se C si trova dopo B. Nota: Togliendo o aggiungendo uno spessore di 0,1 mm sotto la pompa si ritarda o si anticipa C si trova dopo B. 73 Riferimenti anticipo iniezione sul convogliatore e disco protezione volano A Riferimento del pistone al punto morto superiore B Riferimento anticipo iniezione rispetto ad A A. Quando la tensine della batteria raggiungera i 14,5 V, la corrente dell'amperometro subira una brusca caduta scendendo ad un valore vicino allo zero. Se con tensione inferiore a 14 V la corrente di ricarica e nulla, sostituire il regolatore. Nota: Il regolatore di tensione non funzionaq quando non e a massa e quando la batteria e completamente scarica. Attenzione: a motore acceso non staccare i cavi della batteria e non togliere la chiavetta dal quadro di comando. Se il consumo rientri nei valori dati, occorre variare le condizioni di equilibrio rilevate al freno, agendo sul carico e sul regolatore. A motore stabilizzato rifare il controllo del consumo. 5) Spostare il limitatore 3 verso destra fig.88 fino a che il numero di giri del motore tende a diminuire.
